Yes. Once payment is confirmed, your server will be built and delivered within the agreed deadline. If, for any reason, the server is not delivered, you will receive a full refund through our PayPal protection guarantee.

We pride ourselves on punctuality. If a deadline is missed due to our internal delays, we offer two resolution paths:

• Instant partial or full refund
• Immediate upgrade to the next package tier for free

Note: Refunds requested after project completion are not permitted if terms were met.

Delivery speed scales with the complexity of your vision:

The project lead will provide a locked-in date during your initial consultation. Highly complex custom bots may extend these windows.

Refunds are strictly issued under the following conditions:

• Non-delivery of the service within the agreed extension period.
• Cancellation by the client before 25% of the build progress is met.

Once a server ownership is transferred, all sales are final. We encourage high detail in your order vision to ensure satisfaction.
