Service Rules
Effective March 2026. Required reading for all clients.
1. Content & Ethics
Zero support for piracy, account trading, or cybercrime tools. We audit all server visions before acceptance.
No tolerance for hate speech or harassment-based niches. We build inclusive communities only.
2. Payments & Refunds
As this is manual digital labor, work is non-refundable once building is started and significant work was done. Cancel early for a refund.
Exclusively PayPal Invoicing. We do not accept Crypto, Nitro, or Giftcards to ensure buyer protection.
3. Build & Revisions
Adding major features (Economy/Complex Bots) mid-build requires a tier upgrade, unless the ultra package was choosen, then it's free to a certain degree, we wont rebuild the whole server if we are mid build, ensure you go into details so we know what your vision is.
Every order includes 2 rounds of minor adjustments (naming, colors, tweaks). Rebuilds are not revisions.
4. Ownership Transfer
Full ownership is transferred upon completion. We stay for 24 hours to ensure server stability.
Management and moderation are the client's responsibility once ownership transfer is finalized, we do not carry responsibility for what you do after we transfer ownership.
Chargeback Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent blacklist from GrowCord and all partner networks. We provide full proof of delivery (logs/transfer screenshots) to PayPal for every dispute.
